manum888 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the Account balance.
Withdrawal of funds derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements as set out in the relevant promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to unsatisfied wagering conditions may result in the withdrawal being declined or Bonus Funds being deducted from the total balance.

Upon account termination, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or withheld amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via a payment method in your name within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination unless termination is initiated without cause by manum888.
